Corn dogs! Homemade ones, they are really easy, I have a YUMMY recipe for them. If you don't have a deep fryer, you can do them in a regular deep pan. (They kinda float when frying.)

I've been really busy lately, so I've decided to make my food plan easy peasy for myself!

I'm serving:

three different kinds of dips with tortilla chips, salt crisps and pretzels
egg salad sandwiches
cheese salad sandwiches
scotch eggs
4th of july cupcakes (choc fudge cupcakes with white icing and red/white/blue sprinkles)

Its just a candle party anyway, so I'm trying not to feel guilty about going all out!
