Rhodes

just come back from two weeks on this fantastic island, great beaches superb weather and good historic sites, plus its only 11 miles from Turkey so good for a day trip,will try to put pictures up later. i highly recommend it as a holiday resort  ;D
its a far better thing i do than i have ever done

this is what Mamaris in Turkey is like although when we went for a day trip it was 47 celcius  :P hot hot hot

I'll definitely second the recommendation. We LOVED Rhodes. DH and I have a rule that we never go back to the same place because we love to explore new countries and what not, but we both have been saying (often) that we'd like to go back to Rhodes!!
