Further to some of the threads here last week and two weeks ago, they have published an update for the T5 Creative category. T5 Creative is the new category for performers, artists, authors, and what-not (formerly the 'artist visa'). The guidance now shows the loophole for *some* performers in *certain* circumstances to come without a T5 permit.
A tip of the hat to the UK artistic community for pulling this one off.
They have also updated the guidance for companies that want to use the inter-company transfer route to put someone here.
