ivisaservice.com saying LA consulte are ringing applicants + 5 day turn around

First off, has anyone used ivisaservice.com as their courier service to LA?

I rang them yesterday to ask what we needed to do to send the application via them, and during the conversation they said that if not all, then nearly all, of the applicants wanting a spousal visa have been getting a phone call from the LA consulate, in some cases virtually a phone interview, and that visas are taking around one week to process!

This information seems to be conflicting with people experiences on this forum, and I am wondering how accurate their information is?

I guess no-one has experienced this then?

We get fewer than 10% of fiance/spousal applicants here, so it might not be a balanced sample.
