Hello, my husband is an USC and living in the UK on a spouse visa, he has a US driving license and we are in the process of purchasing a car, but because he is only 20 y/o the insurance is real expensive.
Then we stumbled across a company called Celements, its especially for expatriates and seems to be really cheap, apparently they have a fixed price, which would suit us great, but I can't seemt to find any reviews on the company, does anyone here use or heard of Clements?
