NHS on Fiance visa?
« on: September 15, 2008, 08:06:36 PM »
I have read lots of things about NHS benefits and it SEEMS like I will need to wait till I have my spousal visa before being entitled to health care.  HOWEVER, I have already registered with a GP and received my NHS medical card.  Does this mean I can get treatment?

You are entitled to NHS on the fiance visa.  It's good you've already registered--I was lazy and put it off for too long.
