So tonight I made my second steamed sponge pudding: lemon sponge with crushed raspberries on top, or is it the bottom? It was freaking amazing. Last time I browned some apples in brown sugar and cinnamon and put that on top, which was tasty too.
I absolutely love steamed pudding, and I adore baking, and I can get somewhat creative, but it's really only just changing the topping or adding a little something to flavour the sponge. So does anyone have some creative ideas (or just really good ones) for making pudding? I'd even like to venture into the savoury puddings. So any good tips anyone has, please let me know! Thanks a bunch!
