Really? I love kool-aid! Is it in the little packets that you add sugar to, or premixed in a container? Reason being, I've seen the ones in the container with the sugar already mixed in. Not at Tesco though!

I loved Kool Aid when I visited America - Especially the Tropical One...but I was shocked at the amount of sugar that goes into it  :-\\\\

I know...I love the stuff, but a cup of sugar in one pitcher of watcher is crazy!   I understand why my mom limited our intake of it as kids.

In the mid 90s, I was totally addicted to the sugar-free kind that changed colours.  I wonder if they still make the stuff (although I try to avoid Nutrasweet when I can).

I've never been able to get it to taste right mixing my own fake sweetener.  I tried it last year in the States with granulated Splenda, but it was pretty grim.
