What were the exact reasons for refusal last time?

Vyxen, it doesn't make sense.

Are you truly sure that they refused a fiance visa on Paragraphs 41 and 56?

It really can't be.  Something's wrong.

This, from your sig...

09/23/2008: Fiance visa application arrived at LA consulate
09/26/2008: Received refusal of visa from UPS due to missing information

Refused on Paragraph 41?

This was definitely a fiancee visa, not a marriage visit visa?

It doesn't add up.

Vicky, did you see the GV51?

Vyxen, it's really important to be clear about what you applied for when you post in this forum.  The reason is because lots of people are sharing from their personal experiences, and if they think you are an airhead who can't get her story right, they will be reluctant to share their experiences.

I suggest scanning in your refusal.

Sorry didn't mean to be an "airhead". I think I'll just wait and see on my own as I don't think I'll hang around here looking for advice.

I don't think there is a need...I'd say this was clearly the marriage visit visa.

In whcih case, what are you doing now...MVV or fiancee?
