Anyone want a box of the peanut butter ones? I've got a couple and can't eat them all!

My dad loves thin mints and buys like 10 boxes each year to keep in the freezer.  I actually got him to part with one of them so I could bring it to the UK with me.  I keep it in the freezer and have a cookie one a week or so.  But I would love to make them myself so much more!  Thanks for the recipes!

You are evil   :P  I LOVE thin mints and used to have my family mail them to me when I was in Japan...Now they tell me no because mail is too expensive!  haha I think they want to keep them all for themselves...doesn't help that I am trying to NOT eat much chocolate or sweets haha

ooh, my favourite cooking blog, Baking Bites, recreated a bunch of recipes last year. I've not tried these, but I've made at least 25+ of her recipes and every single one has been awesome...

Samoas
Do-si-dos
Tagalongs
Thin mints

These are the ones I could find right now, anyway!

Sep 06 - WP renewed again (screwed by 4-5 year ILR change)
Sep 07 - ILR!
March 09 - Citizenship!
July 09 - bone marrow transplant :(

Have you tried Mint Penguins or even better Sainsbury's Mint Polars?   ;)  They're so similar and so cheap.  I know not the real deal, but so darn near!
