Just saw it.  Can't say I would wholeheartedly recommend it, though some may find it edifying.

It was interesting as a Texas native to re-live some of the events that I remember living through back when I was still a Texas resident.

Maybe the film was meant to be as vacant as the man himself.  There was a good scene (won't spoil it by saying which scene it was) where you could really see the ubiquitous vacant look in Dubya's eyes.

I'd be interested to hear what others make of the film.

I think that Josh Brolin will at the very least get nominated for the Oscar, and just may win it.
I found it to be an interesting insight into his world and the chronology of life.  I don't know that I learned anything new, but it was interesting to watch these events that he mostly seemed to stumble into.
Overall, it made me sad.  Sad for him, his life, the behavior of people around him.

I thought the actors were all excellent (particularly Brolin), with the exception of Thandie Newton.
