Fitness DVD's

Does anyone have any aerobic dvds that particularly work for them?
I'm on a quest to lose some weight - I'm shooting for about 35-40 pounds which will take me down to a reasonable weight and lighten the load on my little frame! (I'm 5'2 and 3/4)- I love to walk but between work and the iffy weather down here in the south of England, I know I need to do something daily.  I do a really good stress-relieving yoga dvd but that doesn't challenge me or get my heart rate up!

I've been searching on amazon and think I'll give Rosemary Conley a try- her Ultimate whole body workout a try. Not bad for £7.93 delivered!

Any ideas?
Thanks!
Jen

Depending on what you're looking for, I sort of like Kate Lawler's "Cardio Combat" - it's kick boxing and so it's something different. And it whoops my butt (though I haven't done it in ages - it's my "too cold to go out and walk" workout....) Neil McAndrew's "Peak Energy" isn't bad either but I actually can't make it through the whole thing which I first took as a challenge, but after a few tries that sort of bummed me out.

Have you tried any of the 'Tae-bo' series? I have one tae-bo dvd that I used all the time. It was a challenge to finish and it really got my heart rate up.  good luck

I'll second the Billy Blanks tae-bo recommendation. You might like his "Tae Bo Cardio" DVD that he brought out last year. It's a 45 minute workout, definitely a good sweat. You could pick it up on Ebay for around £10.
