Sky box settings for colour

I've been looking around with no luck, so I thought I'd throw this out to everyone in case somebody knows a hack or something.

I was wondering if there's any way to change the colour scheme for a Sky box, namely for the TV guide listings. There used to be a setting on the US digital cable systems I've had, but I can't find anything similar for Sky.

My problem is that I have a hard time reading white text on a blue screen. My eyesight is taking a nosedive lately and that colour scheme kills me.

Unfortunately, I'm pretty sure you're stuck with the default color scheme.  I just played around with the settings of our Sky+ box, and did a quick web search, but I couldn't find any way to change the color of the program guide, and there seem to be a few similar complaints on the web.  Sorry I don't have better news.

I've never seen any version of the Sky software which gives an option to change the default color scheme.   

There are a few hardware kludges you could use if connecting via component video to modify the colors while using the menus, but they'd probably be more trouble than they're worth and still not be ideal.
