I went 3 times and have since stopped going.
It was alright. The "support" / meetings were absolutely rubbish. My support leader, (who was also the area manger) was more bothered about going on about how she was in the RC magazine blah blah blah.
The initial diet reduces you down to 1200 cal / day for 2 weeks, then increases you up to 1800 cal / week therafter. IMO it doesn't really seem like a diet for life though, as you don't feel satisfied on it.
I still use the portion pots for different things, but the recipes aren't that brilliant nor satisfying.
The salsacize was pretty good, but after the 3rd "class" I felt really bored with it. I could learn it, but the rest of the class couldn't and it was just quite mundane and unchallenging. I wanted more for paying £5.50 / class than just a crap "support" meeting that lasted all of 5 minutes and a crappy exercise class that was 45 minutes of running into people.
It probably works for other people, but not so much for me. I've found that FoodFocus is quite good for keeping track of what I eat and that seems to help me more than anything else.
