Laundry
« on: February 03, 2009, 12:18:19 PM »
This isn't exactly food talk, but didn't know where to put it.  I'm looking for mesh zipped bags for delicate laundry, but not too small of a bag.  I got one at Woolie's ,but now it's zipper broke.  I MISS WOOLIE'S!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks!

Robert Dyas has that kind of thing. Or maybe Wilkinsons.

I got some in wilkinson - they were about £1 each.

You can also get them from Kleeneze catalogue but they are much pricer.

On a cheap cheap note - what about a white pilliowcase?

You can sometimes get 'em in a pound shop or even on eBay.  I ordered some off eBay when I tried finding them ages back, but couldn't find 'em in any store around here.  Then my Mom sent me a really good one.  Since then they've popped into all the local shops!   :P  Go figure.

You can also try looking in Mothercare or any other baby shop near the reusable nappies (nappy bags for use in a nappy bucket), although sometimes they tend to be drawstring instead of zippers.

I almost bought one at Sainsbury's earlier in the week. They're in the housewares section, and were part of the big after Xmas sale, at least at my local store.
Another shameless promotion for www.mclevey.com, the best place on the internet to buy art.

Aldi's have them listed in their laundry theme sale this week.  I think there're supposed to be 5 bags for about £2
