What I really need to do is put together my own recipe journal/cookbook of all the recipes I love to have so I could hopefully be able to replicate them abroad. Especially mexican-style food. I have never figure out how to make a decent salsa like they do in mexican restaurants. I hate that chunky stuff you get in the jars...I want the fresh, bright red, practically all-liquidified salsa you get in the real restaurants. And tortillas...I had a babysitter from California who would make fresh tortillas and I just loved them.
