I'd never heard the phrase before and had to google it.

I lost loads of weight when I lived in the UK. I was using public transportation and walking alot more.

Just fly in through Gatwick and you'll be ok.   ;)  ;D

I was able to get a Heathrow Injection for free when I lived in Texas.  It was tortilla based and relatively painless.  ;)  But kidding aside...I am expecting to lose weight when I go to London.  It looks like walking will be a part of life.  Where I am in the States, I live 3/4 of a mile from work but can't walk because nobody bothered to build sidewalks.
