So the grass really is greener on the other side?

I'm actually looking forward to England's weather and climate. I like the cooler weather and it sounds like it's going to be just right for me over there year-round.

If you want cool weather year round, don't go to England, come to Northern Scotland!
Well, Minus today, it was stunning! That was it, that was summer today, done and dusted.   
I still see plenty of snow on the ben though...

If the weather could be like it was today year round, I'd be in heaven- not too hot, not too cool. I hope its like this next weekend, we're driving down to the Lake District for Easter.  But if never rains in England so it should be fine! 

Well we just had a very harsh winter with frost nearly every night -6 below freezing, icicles hanging everywhere.....the frosts are tapering off now and spring is in bloom...We also had very heavy snow fall this winter, the most in like 20 years.

Heh. Yeah. It was, like, four inches wasn't it? And ours lasted nearly twelve hours, I think.

Trust me...I watched the weather reports for Rhode Island all Winter and laughed like a drain.

We had about 6 inches every night for a week....lol  Okay so that's not "very heavy snow fall" by mosts peoples standards, but it's rare here.

I live in Cambridgeshire.  When exactly did we even get a full six inches in one day let alone every day for a week?   

Here lol. Where did you only get 4 inches of snow for only 12 hours? People here were building snow men everywhere for a week, but not me....

So you're saying we got four FEET of snow in a week? 

According to the weather report from the university the most snow the city recieved was 7.5 cm on the 2nd, or about 3 inches and we only had accumulation on 4 days in the whole month.  Outside of the city would be more, but not four feet more.

Omg lol....A debate about snow.......I'm saying we had alot of snow end of....I don't live in the city of cambridge, I live in the country side and we had alot more than four inches and for more than one day...its no big wig..
