approved spouse visa

tuesday married
wednesday sent paperwork to courier
thursday arrived at chicago consulate
friday - approved! 

will have my visa here on monday!

to everyone who gave me advice and help! thank you so much ...

travelling on the 11th ... i can't believe this!  i am so happy!

it's just all a matter of preparing i'm convinced ... there was a box of docs i sent ... i had such huge immigration issues ... I am so happy ... now i can follow the forum and see how everyone else is getting on ...

Yeah, that seems to be what it's turning out to be in my case too. Me and my fiance don't have any sort of criminal record, or immigration problems, but it's just coming down to getting all the paperwork sorted and in it's place. So hopefully the few months of preparation we've taken will help us out (I'm getting antsy to have the stupid thing already :P).

Yays again though, I'm glad you can relax now :D
