A selection of vintage Ridge zinfandels
Chocolate covered macadamia nuts
Gooey, ooey French cheeses
Meyer lemons
Smoked lingcod (since this is a fantasy, in mine they're not overfished)
bagels from the little shop near where I used to live

I'm sure there's more, but that's all I can think of right now.

Not food, but kitchen related: I would love an 'American sized' fridge, and a 6 burner hob. Ran into the 'too few burners' problem making last night's meal.

Veuve
Truffles (real, not chocolate)
Sevruga caviar
All those fancy, expensive sea salts
fresh bagels
lox

All of those and a fully stocked global wine cellar.
A fully stocked beer/real ale celler.
Access to the freshest seafood, overnighted directly from the coasts.
Lots of cheese from around the world.
Olive oils to include Arbequina olive oil from Spain.
Great Bellota ham and sausages from Spain (acorn fed pigs thank you)
AS much organic, locally grown and sustainably farmed food as reasonably possible.

My list is pretty much this.

I'd buy up tons of land and grow and raise all kinds of food and sell it locally at a reasonable price, not to make a profit, but just to make it easier to have local food available easily.

Too bad I didn't miss it sooner, then I could've had my mom slip some into the package that's already on it's way.  :(  Definitely bringing some back in November!  ;)

seems like it would be easy enough to make up your own version, if this one doesn't really grab you?
