If they really wanted to shake things up they should let the Superbowl be played at Wembley, That would be amazing but I dont know how well it would go over in the states...

Cause we all just wanna be big rockstars
Livin' in hilltop houses driving fifteen cars
The girls come easy and the drugs come cheap
We'll all stay skinny cause we just won't eat
And we'll hang out in the coolest bars
In the VIP with the movie stars
Every good gold digger's
Gonna wind up there
Every Playboy bunny
with her bleach blonde hair
and well..
Hey hey I wanna be a rockstar
Hey hey I wanna be a rockstar

Woo! Hoo!  Purchased tickets this morning, and I got seats in section 501, which is high, but almost on the 50 yard line, so yay!   ;D

Decided to give it a miss as can't really justify £150 for the tickets plus the expense of the trip, may try to get tickets for a game in the States when we go over around Thanksgiving.

I'm so excited about this game as I'm a huge Pats fan!  We got 6 tickets as my dad and some of his friends are going to come over.  I took my wife to the first game in 2007 (dolphins v. giants) and that was really fun even though neither of them are my team.  There is a chance that we may not need all 6 tickets, so I'll be sure to put up a post here to see if anyone needs any.

I don't see why they wouldn't do that, as it's so expensive these days that it's only really rich or crazy people who go.  My dad went a couple of years ago in Arizona (he falls into the crazy category) and the face value was over $700 per ticket.  I went over ten years ago in New Orleans and the tickets cost $125 which at the time was really expensive. The main reason why they probably wouldn't do it is that it is normally in a place that has warm weather at that time of year (Florida, Cali, New Orleans, etc.).

I think the best thing about the Wembley games is that it is such a celebration of football, they have great musical acts and you really feel like you're part of something special, like the Super Bowl but less pressure!

Haven't they played a Superbowl at a domed stadium?  Now all they need to do at Wembley is put on a retractable roof!  :o

I don't see why they wouldn't do that.

Really? You don't see why they wouldn't move he most watched, most red-blooded-American sports event of the year outside the country? Yeah, that wouldn't cause a nuclear-sized explosion of backlash or anything.
And if you threw a party
Invited everyone you knew
You would see the biggest gift would be from me
And the card attached would say
"Thank you for being a friend!"
