Has anyone been to Oktoberfest?

Hi Everyone,

I am trying to plan a trip to Oktoberfest this year.  There will be 4 of us going.  I wanted to see if anyone had recommendations for hotels/B&B's that are with in walking distance.  I know it is pretty late for booking rooms so my options might be limited (since I will be there the first weekend it starts), but I wanted to try and get as many suggestions as possible.  Also, does anyone know of any hotels that sleep 4 in Munich?

You do need to take a train to Munich, but the station is very close to the hotel.

The Hotel Royal has big rooms that sleep multiple people... i always stay there when i go to Munich.
