Anyone around Cambridge?

Just wondering if there was anyone around Cambridge that might like to get together.  The wife and I are both young and adventurous, we are just looking for some people to go out with...we go to tons of Cambridge United matches and also go to see bands in cambridge....

This sounds like a singles ad!!  lol.

but seriously, I am 32 and my wife is 28...we used to have a lot of friends in the area when I was stationed here in the Air Force, but that was 8 years ago and now they are all gone and we need to start making friends all over again...hehe.

i'm not in cambridge *yet* but will be moving there to join my boyfriend in august and we would love to meet up with you both.  i'll be there for a very quick visit in june, so we could potentially even meet up then...i'll send you a private message closer to the time!

Sounds good.  Cambridge is a good place to move to.  We actually live about 30 minutes away, but we always just say we live by Cambridge....lol

We also live near Cambridge, but it seems as if every weekend recently has been in-laworama. 

But then I guess that is what happens with five siblings and five nieces and nephews.

I just moved to Cambridge a couple of months ago and would love to meet others in the area.  Also I am a fan of soccer and would enjoy going to some Cambridge United games!  Let me know if you and your wife would like to meet up sometime.  I live in work in Cambridge so I could meet any where here.

My wife and I are about 30 minutes from Cambridge as well.  We're not quite as young as you (37 and 38), but close.  We also enjoy going out and having a good time, but for some reason haven't made much in the way of friends here.  Most of the people we know have young kids, and can't get out much. 

We moved here 8 months ago.  What city are you in?  We're 30 minutes south of Cambridge in Letchworth (near Baldock, Hitchin, etc., not far from Royston).

Anyone going to the Beer Fest on Saturday?

My husband and I don't drink very much, at all really, but I wanted to go check it out.  We were going to see Star Trek on the same day, but I figured that would be a bad idea after a few pints.  HA! 

Hopefully I'll be in Cambridge tomorrow!  Our flat is a bit outside the city centre, but we're 27 and 30 (he likes the footie a LOT) and we would love to make friends!
