That's really interesting. It sounds as if people say it's good for fried chicken. I don't make that very often, but I suppose it could be handy in terms of controlling the temperature of the oil. Thanks!

Once we move in, our cooker is going to be really big so I can't imagine that happening! Unless, of course, there's some sort of a giant UKY meet-up chez moi!  :P ;)
