Possibly not everyone's cup of tea, but for those requiring a savoury crunchy way of getting more fibre and putting sugar-free p'nut butter on - I quite like the GG Bran crisp breads.
They're also good with a little cottage cheese and maybe some cucumber on them, or a bit of cheese and ham when I'm bored of roll ups or whatever.

The moussaka I made tonight was pretty good.  It's based upon a recipe in the IPD cookbook, but modified because Mr. A. hates feta, and I didn't want to have eggs twice today.  Lamb mince, onion, garlic, cinnamon, oregano, tomato paste cooked then layered with grilled/fried/browned eggplant slices and topped with mascarpone and cream and baked for a while.

Pretty awesome.  PM me if you want the exact measurements.

Also, on a non-food related note, those who are interested, ask to join the shrinker's club.  We've got a low carb sub-forum there that we can use for recipes, menus, support, etc., with a bit more privacy.

I just noticed I had access today, which is pretty awesome. :)
