Can I watch Food Network (US) videos in the UK??

I am flat out with a slipped disc and in bed on my tummy for 5 days now...I am wanting to watch some videos on the Food Network, can I watch these outside of the USA???

Does anyone know? Any help would be appreciated.

Sorry for the slipped disk.... no idea on the videos though.... are they online?  VHS? DVD?
