Congratulations! :D  How wonderful!  A lot going on for you right now, huh?  I am not moving to Ireland, lol, but will be moving to England in October.  Hampshire, to be exact.

Sorry I can't offer any advice, I'm new myself.  Its great to have you! Good luck with everything!

Aww.. congrats :)  Must be excited!  Where in Ireland will you be moving to?  My boyfriend's family is from Dublin.  Have also gotten to spend a week or so in Tramore in Co. Waterford.  Love that part of the country as it's on the coast.  You're a lucky girl :)  With all the last minute stuff you're probably having to do, I'm surprised you managed time to read through and post on here!  Haha.  Congrats again.

well my FIANCE (sorry first time i'm using that in a sentence) was here visiting for 10 days helping me with all kinds of get ready to move style stuff, you know manly things i needed help with....

we had a wedding in new hope, pa on saturday....and he suggested we stay overnite
we found an AWESOME B&B  -- newcomer link: http://www.1740house.com [nonactive]    and when we got back from dinner he said he had a present for me (this was our last nite together by the way) and he handed me a bag ...i opened a pretty yellow box....and when i saw the ring he said "well?" i said,..."you have to ask me"  he said "will you marry me? would you do me the pleasure?"  and that was it

the ring is very pretty

single oval stone on platinum band love it....perfect for my clumsy  and musician hands, the stone is set down so it will never catch on anything....i'm telling u it's perfect....he did good!

love this guy....so sweet

we have a cottage in Monkstown, Co. Dublin he moved in about a week  before he got here, so he's back now, setting up our DSL, phone stuff etc...

i will be there on the 26th...i leave my house in philly on the 21st, and move in with my parents (ugh) for my final 4 days, where i'm leaving my kitty cat :(

thanks for your replies!  have a nice week....i'm selling my car in about 2 hours!!  so much to do, so little time....

Congratulations!!!  ;D And best of luck with the move and all little bits up 'til then!

Thanks for the link for the B&B in New Hope too, btw! LOVE that town and it would be nice to stay there a night or two next time we're back in the country instead of just the normal day trip.
