I'm in a bit of a panic. Apparently, I have an outstanding balance owed to the IRS in the states. I have to ring them to sort it out. I'm sure it will be fine. However, my passport is now up for renewal in October. I plan to renew by post. Will the outstanding balance I owe the IRS have any impact on my passport renewal?
I have a valid marriage visa and live and work here in the UK. My passport expires the end of October. I have a trip planned to the states in early October arriving back in the UK before the expiry date. I want to do this before hand, of course.
