*sigh*
I have a First Generation iPod 16GB Touch. I ordered what should have been a USB to AC converter plug for my iPod to use in the US. The company sent me
this instead. To use in the UK.
I have 2 questions:
1) can I use a UK iPod charger with my US iPod?
2) can I just plug this charger into the UK to US plug I use for my UK mobile phone?
The cord says on it:
UK Travel Charger for iPod
DAPPIPODTC08-9125
Input: AC 100-240V 50/60Hz 0 .12A
Output: DC120V 500mA ±5%
I know I can return this cord and get the US one like I ordered, but if this cord will be functional, I'd rather just keep it so I don't have to worry about charging my iPod in the UK. I'm assuming since it says it's 100-240 and outputs 120 it's completely safe to use, but I wanted someone more knowledgeable than me to give their opinion;)
Thanks!
