I know that Stafford loans are supposed to be transferable to [many] UK schools, but has anyone gotten a grant to transfer over? Such as a Pell grant, ACG, etc? I have heard two girls contradict the information they have given me, in real life, not on this forum  ???

I would think so. Any money that works for accredited schools in the US should be able to transfer over to UK schools...that works for Stafford loans, Pell Grants, etc. The first site on my search against UK uni sites, says yes.
