Search for a holiday?

Any tips or websites on how to search for a holiday? We are looking at a 3 day weekend (so 2 nights) and are flexible for the dates (Oct-Nov) and want to go to Spain or somewhere warm. Problem is all the searches I've come up with have a minimum of 6 nights stay or make you search a specific day (week).

Any tips?

I've always found those holidays the best to go look in travel shop windows for. Often you can find really good deals for short breaks such as what you're looking for.
