Need Independent financial advisor?

My partner is British but has travelled all over and has pensions in several different countries.  We need to speak with a financial advisor who has some experience with this.  We live in Aberdeen Scotland if anyone can lead us in the right direction.  I don't want to just get a name out of the phonebook I know it is best to go by word of mouth.
