Windshield Wiper Replacements

My wife and I are living near Maidstone, and bought a 1994 Nissan Micra. As winter is coming I am noticing that the windshield wipers need to be replaced, and yet I cannot find any "auto parts" stores. What should I be looking for? I found a place to buy them online, but I'd rather walk into a store and have them in hand. Any suggestions would be very welcome.

KwikFit sells them as well, but will want to fit them for you.

If you're using Yellow Pages and other similar directories to locate local stores, try searching under "motor factors."
