I get a bit bored waiting for the crops to grow, so I've begun playing on Cafe World as well. This is a bit more entertaining because you can get goods back within 5 minutes. However, I've begun noticing that sometimes I'll get a dish cooking and come back 12 hours later thinking it's done and find that the system has screwed up somewhere and it's still waiting for me to chop something or whatever. That's quite annoying.

Does anyone else have problems with their farms freezing up sometimes?  I was so dissapointed because this morning I had my first brown cow wander into my farm and I went to adopt it but the farm had frozen and I had to reload and no brown cow was there. Poo.

FarmVille freezes up on me a lot too.  I get really annoyed that I can harvest all of my crops, plow and plant a new crop, and then I get the out of sync message, and find I have to do the work all over again.

I also wish there were ways to earn the cash.  From what I can tell, you get 1 FV dollar every time you move up a level.  I'm currently at level 27, and it takes 5000XP to move to the next level; that is a lot of work for one measly dollar lol.  I know you can buy it; but I have no desire to do that.  I guess it'll be a good six months or so before I can get that psychedelic looking barn!

I refuse to buy them. Why spend my actual money on nothing? I think it's a bad system that some of the items must be paid with FV. It takes away from the enjoyment of the game, if you ask me.

I couldn't agree more!  I don't understand why they can't have special tasks for earning the cash, or have all items with a coin value.  Surely they make enough money through ads?

Also, have you see now much it costs to buy extra coins or FV? It's ridiculous.

Part of me wants to just keep saving up my coins until I have enough for the largest plantation that's available so far instead of buying more land as I have enough money.

I don't think you can actually do that. You have to buy each upgrade in turn. You can't just jump to the biggest (my husband tried).

My biggest annoyance with the game is, if you buy 3 tractors, you only get one tank of petrol between them. Not fair  >:(
