Conversion baking question

If I'm to bake something at 350 degrees F for 25-30 minutes what should I do for celcius?
Also does anyone know what they call baking powder here? It may be called that, I'm not sure. What is the difference between baking powder and baking soda? (I'm not much of a baker!!)
Does anyone know where they sell larger cake pans? I need one that is about 15" by 10" and I can't seem to find any that big.

Try buying a roasting tin if you need something that large. Or else you'll have to order something online. The Brits don't go for huge , wide cakes.

I know you already found the info about temp conversion, but I just thought I'd add that Google is pretty good for things like that. In the search box, just type "300F in C" and it'll tell you the Celsius equivalent. It also works for other measurements; for instance, "2.5 feet in cms," or "3 pints in ml."
