Delora Jones - American Cooking in England

I can't find any mention of her two books - her website is here:

It's a shame the book (as opposed to the pocket guide) is out of print, the updates page has some interesting stuff and there's a link to sources for American food, including some of the stuff people have said is unavailable such as graham crackers and wheat thins.
