I did the same yesterday, hubby went to Cybercandy here in Brighton and got me some Reeces Pieces and Barq's root beer.  I cried.

Isn't it great?  My hubby just looked at me, with terror in his eyes, saying to himself "Oh God!  What did I do wrong?"

Had a bit of a scare yesterday with some spotting and cramping.  went for emergency scan this morning and everything went fine.  Strong heartbeat and the little bean even has a little human shape now... which caused me to burst into tears again... Im just glad it's ok.

I'm so glad everything is ok.  My sister had a similar scare and she had some bleeding for about 3 days that was never explained but everything was fine.  Lots of people have a "regular" period for several months while they're pregnant (which sucks cuz that's part of the fun of being pregnant, not having one).

I like this thread...maybe we should just change the name to "Pregnancy Complaints!"...or start another one.  I like complaining!!

My morning sickness wasn't too bad today (ate a bunch of Abernethy - Scottish butter biscuits - and drank a buttload of ginger ale.  I was actually fine until my hubby decided to cook some sausage (which I love)...thought I was going to lose it then.  I slept ok lastnight so I'm not quite as tired today...full of energy and in an excellent mood...I wouldn't mind everyday being like this.   :)

First tri was AWFUL for me in terms of fatigue. Most nights I ended up eating my tea IN BED because that is right where I would head the second I got home from work. I couldn't keep my eyes open for anything.

Although I didn't have actual sickness...I still felt sick a lot of the time and even went off red meat until 3rd tri.

And boobs...don't get me started. Again...until 3rd tri, they hurt SO bad and I couldn't find any comfy position to sleep that didn't make me want to cry from the soreness.

As far as now...I'm in the final stretch (8 days until my EDD) and the fatigue has returned in the afternoons. I think I'm part-cat.

Best of luck with your delivery LoveMyBrit! It must feel great, yet scary to be in the home stretch.   :)

First tri is horrible. I've never felt so crap in my life. The constant nausea and throwing up is really taking its toll on me and i've lost about 10 lbs. Roll on 2nd tri.
