DRIVERS LICENSE.....FROM US TO UK

im trying to read the rules but am i ever confused........can someone explain to me the process.......i want to exchange license or get international license upon moving to the uk..........please someone explain what the rules are for me......thank you....steff

There are lots of threads on this, but you can not exchange your US license for a UK license. You are legally allowed to drive in the UK for one year on your US license, but once that year is up (or ideally before) you must apply and test for a UK license.
