I've booked my stuff to be shipped with uPakWeShip on the 29th, for arrival the first week/second week of February. I'm having a problem with one of their websites and it concerns me. Originally I was told to go to
http://www.go-pelican.com to find out insurance options. The site would not load for me, and Comcast popped up their site that said the site didn't exist. I emailed the company and they sent me a different site to look at for insurance.
I notice that the "track your shipment" link on my confirmation PDF also goes to go-pelican.com and I still can't get to the site from Comcast. I haven't asked Tim to try yet from Orange, but I assume if one ISP says the domain doesn't exist, it doesn't exist.
For those of you who have used UPakWeShip, how did you track your shipment? Did go-pelican work for you or did they provide an alternative option? I'm really not looking forward to the possibility of not being able to track my stuff once it leaves on the 29th!
