I just ordered a bunch of crackers through M&S (along with many other gifts) and had them shipped to the US for £10 total. You could probably have the make-your-own set shipped that way to the US... but the deadline fast approaches for that!
And, when wandering about London, I found a shop with mad expensive crackers! They had super luxury items inside, and were selling packages at £400-500! So, there's certainly a range!
