Student Loans

I've recently received an offer to attend Bangor Uni for grad school! Now i am trying to get student loans. Have any of you had any trouble getting the loans?

I'm not sure how it is for post graduate students but I had an incredibly hard time getting a student loan this year(undergrad). I did my first year last year and got the loan no problems but the bank closed down so I had to apply again. I got rejected for everything except for federal stafford loans (that don't need a cosigner). I've had best of luck with Sallie Mae so far.

yeah ill be starting the student loan process soon. I think i heard you cant start applying until may/june if your starting sept 2010...is that correct?

Yes that is correct. I had to learn it the hard way. I applied in March and then had to start all over again because they told me I was too early.
