Mexico-US: Kidnapped girl escapes and provides evidence of child trafficking

Saw this amazing report on Channel 4 news last night of a girl who had been kidnapped by a gang in Mexico. She managed to escape after a few months and has now provided evidence to the US Dept of Homeland security regarding Americans buying babies and children from these Mexican gangs who kidnap to order.

OK! magazine, of all publications, carried an article last month about a Mexican woman who was told she needed an emergency csection, then told her baby had died.

She found out the OB was selling babies to adoptive couples for about £700.

Luckily, she was able to get her daughter back, but I'm sure her story was the tip of the iceberg.

Mexico is having serious problems hanging onto what little government it has that is not by cartel (WARNING, GRAPHIC: http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/worldnews/article-1242243/Murdered-mans-face-stitched-football-warning-rival-drugs-gangs.html) and things like this happen when you don't have strong government in place.
