Hello!
We looked into this too! We wanted to get married in CoE with me being english and my fiance being a USC. I believe you can get married in CoE if you are catholic (not 100% on that one!) You will have to get married in either your parish church or the parish church where your parents live. That doesnt apply to your fiance as she is a USC so won't technically have a parish yet.
What it does mean however is that you cannot get married by Banns (where the vicar reads out your intention to marry for the 3 weeks leading up to the wedding to see if anyone has any objection) Instead you will have to apply for a common license from the bishop of the diocese (your vicar will be able to give you all the details) and you apply for that 3 months before the wedding.
In the end me and my fiance got married in the US with our church ceremony changing to a blessing (in 4 weeks eeeek) so we didnt follow the process to the end.
If i were you i would book an appointment with your church to talk it all through, they will tell you exactly what you need to do
