How do I delete my post?

I posted a message in the Classifieds section, which I would now like to delete, but for the life of me I cannot see any button labeled delete, edit or modify.  Am I overlooking something?  Is there a way that I can do this?  Thank you!

You are unable to delete after a certain period of time.  If you could point us to to the post in question, a global mod can remove it for you.

Thanks for your reply.  I understand.  So for future reference, do you know how much much of a window of opportunity I would ordinarily have to modify or delete after posting?  I'll try to bear that in mind in the future.

The message I would like to delete is the one currently at the top of the Classifieds list, as the item offered is no longer available.  I would be grateful if it could be removed.  Thank you so much!

I honestly can't remember how long you have until it closes down.  Few hours at most.  If you have an item that you have sold, you could always update the thread saying that it is now sold.

I will look for the post and remove it.
