I know it's a pretty random question. And if I have to be moved, that's cool. I just didn't know where to post it, but, I really want to know.
If a person were to make a phone call from Cheshire to London, would that be considered a toll call/long distance call? And about how much would the charge be? Does it depend on your phone carrier? I've been on google and ask.com, but, neither one seemed to have a real answer for me. I want to know in case I have to call the US embassy for tax questions, since it's my first time doing them on my own, and I'm rather thick.
I feel like a total dork for asking-it's something that in the States, or Cali, would be so basic for me. I don't feel like asking DH because...well, it seems like something a person should already know, and I'd feel embarrassed and stuff. And if I ask MiL, there'll be an explanation a mile long. It saves more time just to ask on the forum, really. Thanks!
