Yeah my first thought was Teletubbies, too! And what's with the blue crotch?

teletubbies and yo Gabba gabba are two totally different shows. ( but two of the most annoying kids shows!) However, if Muno and Po had a Child, it would totally look like one of these guys!  ;D

London's mascots are bad, but after seeing all the other crap ones they're at least within the conventions of the genre*.

So I voted for Izzy, because naming something "Whatizit" is a) intellectually lazy and b) promotes improper use of English.

Also, just realized that those names are horrible. I can see most Asian visitors/competitors/etc avoiding saying those names at all costs. Not to mention anyone who's had more than a pint of beer.
