Online only mobile phone deals

My contract with O2 is up next month, and I am shopping around to find a cheaper deal that has free phones (I want a specific phone) I see online that Phones4you and Carphone Warehouse have online only deals with free Blackberries that seem to be just what I am looking for...but the online only thing makes me nervous.

Does anyone have any experience with these online deals? Are they above board? Any input on any deals you may have seen out there would also be appreciated.

What do you mean about the online things that make you nervous?! Phones4u and carphone warehouse are very large companies, so are hardly likely to run off overnight and close their shops taking your money! in that respect you have nothing to worry about.

There are literally hundreds of deals and also the 'sweetener stay with us deals'
