Taco Bell Opening First UK Restaurant

I would've driven all the way over there to go, but I see no Cheesy Bean and Rice burrito on the menu. So, I'm ticked.

Where'd you see the menu? I followed that link to the Facebook page and checked the UK Taco Bell site, but couldn't find a menu. It said the page was under construction.  I don't think they had a Cheesy Bean and Rice burrito on the menu in Texas, I've never heard of it. We had the 7 Layer Burrito, though.  Maybe that was a regional thing in your area of the US?

Bwahahaha! Just saw your comment about dolphins on your avatar thing there.  I didn't think about the photos, will have to have a look tonight since I can't go on FB at work.

I think every Taco Bell I've been to in the States has the 7-layer and the Cheesy Bean and Rice burritos. They were the two items I always got (because I am vegetarian and, well, TB is limited in veggie options). I hope they expand their menu here eventually. I see no chalupas either. Or cinnamon twists...what?!

i went last week and was completely underwhelmed.  they seemed to have changed the taste and have made some of the marinades to taste curryish instead of mexican.  disappointing.... better to head down to bluewater to chilango for a much more appealing experience.  i wasn't expecting much but it was still disappointing

Agreed. It was not as good as the American Taco Bell.

Tasted exactly the same to me. I am a very happy lady!

Maybe it was just an off day for them.  Will give it another try this month.
