Welcome!  I am from Fairview Park, Ohio just west of Cleveland.  I've been here three weeks and two days.  I wonder how many people know that Ohio is round on the sides and high in the middle.  :D

Hello and welcome!  I'm originally from Cleveland, but now in Sheffield - been here since 2005.  One of my best friends was in the OSU BDBitL.   ;)

Hello! Welcome to UKY!

I'm from the Akron area and am now living in London - although I'm currently back in Akron for a brief family visit. I lived in Leicester for a short while, which isn't exactly Derby, but a bit closer to it than London!

And you probably already know, but the british equivalent of a buckeye is a "conker". I had some rather strange conversations with people at work when I took candy buckeyes in and tried to explain how they were supposed to resemble a nut, lol.
I urge you to please notice when you are happy, and exclaim or murmur or think at some point, 'If this isn't nice, I don't know what is.' Kurt Vonnegut
