I did have to pop into a supermarket quickly today, but I couldn't face Morrison's so I still don't know if ours has it!  :P

Hmmm, I could check our local Morrisons, but now I have a massive bag of dessicated coconut i need to do something with!  :-\\\\

If you're making no-bake cookies- this is what I use at home.  I bet they'll be yummeriffic.  ;D
